By using the site, you specifically accept and agree to abide by all terms and conditions herein. You should not use this site if you do not accept and agree. This site is available only for your personal use, which is limited to viewing the site, providing information to us, and downloading information for your personal use and for purchasing our services. Visitors assume all responsibility and risk with regard to using this site and, in no case, shall Tandridge Cars be liable for damages of any kind resulting from your use of the site.
  • If a passenger flight is delayed, Tandridge Cars ensures consistency at no charge.
  • All our vehicles are non-smoking. 
  • Tandridge Cars is not accepting late bookings online (within 6 hours of transfer time). If you need a car last minute, please call us on the number above.
  • Tandridge Cars will not responsible for any late arrival to destination. And we are not responsible If you miss your Flight because of traffic or any road conditions out of Tandridge Cars or our drivers' control.
  • Tandridge Cars will charge a fee of £100 for any damage of their vehicle made by the customer (e.g. vomiting).
  • Our Town/City prices are only for the town/city centres and 5 miles radius. Any extra mileages will be calculated at the rate depending on the vehicle type on booking
  • By using our site, you agree to the terms set forth herein. For purposes of our Privacy Policy, Personal Information means any information you submit to us which personally identifies you and includes your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc. Tandridge Cars. collects personal Information only when you submit it to us. It is our policy to keep this information as confidential and use it only for the purpose for which it was submitted or to improve our customers use of the site and/or for marketing research. Tandridge Cars. reserves the right to change, modify, add, or delete portions of this Privacy Policy at any time. You may wish to check the site periodically for changes to this policy, since your continued use of the site following the posting of changes to this policy will mean that you accept those changes. If you wish to be removed from our databases, you may email us at info@alltransportlondon.com and instruct us accordingly.
  • Passengers are responsible for their personal possessions. We try our best to return items left in our vehicles to their owners, but we assume no liability for lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced items. Any charges incurred in returning a left-behind item to its owner must be paid for by the owner.
  • ATL Tandridge Cars reserves the right to the above charges:
  • No changes of routes will be allowed once the customer has boarded the vehicle.
  • The waiting time is for waiting only. It can’t be allocated for any other activities other than that.
 

Arrivals

  • For flights arriving from Europe, the driver will enter the terminal, 30 minutes after the plane lands.
  • For long flights arriving from South America, Africa, Asia and Australian Oceania and other distant destinations, the driver will enter the terminal, 45 minutes after the plane has landed.
  • One hour waiting time is included in your booking. After that an extra charge of £30.00 per hour will be added in your reservation cost. (We request you to inform the company through the emergency telephone number, so that the driver can wait longer for the passenger) Otherwise the reservation will be considered as a no-show.
  • After 60 minutes waiting time without receiving any notification from the passenger on the delay, the reservation will be considered as a no show and the driver will leave the airport. The amount of the reservation will be charged accordingly.
  • The company provides you with a refund of 80% of the total amount in case the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours in advance of the scheduled arriving and departing times. If the reservation is not cancelled within the mentioned period the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
  • Each passenger is allowed to carry on one suitcase regular size (26’’, anything above that will be considered extra large) and one handbag which are included in the reservation. For each extra or oversized luggage it will be charged an amount of £10.00 to take it in the vehicle. In case it is necessary to have an extra vehicle to fit the full vehicle amount will be charged accordingly.
  • Sedans or saloon cars can accommodate 3 passengers carrying on their own luggage and handbag.
  • Small vans MPVs can accommodate up to 5 passengers with their own luggage and handbag.
  • Vans or mini bus can accommodate up to 8 passengers with their own luggage and handbag.
  • In case of any unexpected event such as heavy traffic, closed streets, or mechanical auto problems causing delay on the trip, the driver is instructed to contact us so that we can assist him on finding a better way to solve the problem. On this case the company is not responsible for any delay that might occur.

Departures

 
  • The driver will arrive at pickup point and will display a name board with the passenger's name
  • The driver will wait a maximum of 20 minutes after the booked time
  • After waiting 20 minutes if the passengers do not appear the booking will be considered a no show and the driver will leave the premises
  • A no show will be charged at full booking price accordingly
  • The company provides you with a refund of 80% of the total amount in case the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours in advance of the scheduled arriving and departing times. If the reservation is not cancelled within the mentioned period the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
